Materials: Both the 6ft and 7ft variant of our Olympic Barbell are made from 1 1/4” of Chrome-plated Steel for a durable and flexible bar. The sleeves are 2” of Chrome-plated Steel. 

Construction and Features: The bar is knurled on both the left and right side with one knurl mark in the middle of both sides to help maintain grip during squats and bench presses. The sleeves are on bearings to help facilitate smooth and fast movement when lifting, they also have a band of rubber to prevent damage to the bar and floor when not loaded with plates. Our strong and durable construction results in an impressive capacity of 1000lbs
