Koch Mezcal was born with the firm intention of boosting production efficiency and artisanal Mezcal produced by different mezcaleros and in different areas of Oaxaca. Koch Joven Mezcal Tobasiche was made by master mezcalero Pedro Hernandez, from 100% agave Tobasiche from Rio de Ejutla. Double distilled in copper pot stills and produced in Oaxaca, Mexico.
