Founded in 1836 by Alexandre-Louis Pommery, Madame Pommery took over as head of Pommery after the death of her husband in 1858. She based the expansion of the House on the creation of wines unlike any others, with one constant demand: quality pushed to the extreme. Well aware of how important the origin of grapes was to the quality of the Pommery wines, over the years she built a collection of the finest vineyards in all of Champagne. Cuvee Louise Brut Nature 2004 is the first Cuvee Louise Nature created by Pommery. The 2004 Vintage was perfect for a zero-dosage champagne, a vintage with great elegance, minerality and complexity. And so, the first Cuvee Louise 'Brut Nature' was born. Blend of 60% of Chardonnay and 40% of Pinot Noir, Cuvee Louise Nature is characterized by its absolute purity, complexity and richness.
