Biodynamic. 100% Savagnin. Partially de-stemmed (50%) and fermented with natural yeasts in large barrels. The soils here are gray and blue marls soils made up of a kind of slate that breaks like cardboard. The wine has a smoky, flinty note on the nose and beautiful aromas of tangerine peel. A vibrant palate, with some salty notes on the finish.
