Highly functional Neyers, Carneros District, Sonoma County, Chardonnay 2021

A fantastic richer style of Chardonnay coming from Bruce Neyers.  The wine has the classic kiss of California ripeness and some new oak.  Notes of meyer lemon, salt, and butterscotch.  This is a wine best enjoyed with crab cakes and lobster mac and cheese.
