The characteristic wine of Cafayate has the name of our winery printed. The day of harvest is eagerly awaited. Once the optimum point of ripeness of the grapes has been achieved, they are picked manually in the first hours of sunrise. This minute process allows to achieve a wine of great finesse and great complexity.
