Tasting Notes:
The Cuvee Kaela Pinot Noir intentionally differs from many other whole-cluster fermented wines, with the long growing season of the vineyard site allowing the skins to fully mature, meaning the grape breaks down entirely during maceration. This results in structured, complex wines that maintain a plush and pure palate and extract every possible complexity from the grape.
